CARBONDALE, Ill. — The 44,000-square-foot Tedrick Welcome Center is days away from its grand opening to the public, promising a new hub for prospective students, alumni and visitors to the campus.
The Welcome Center will be the first stop for campus tours, as well as a destination for alumni events, organization meetings and learning more about the history and culture of Southern Illinois University.
