MCCRACKEN COUNTY — Norton Children’s Hospital hosted a listening session at Concord Elementary on Wednesday evening to give western Kentucky parents a chance to weigh in on a new medical campus for kids.
In 2024, Norton Children’s served over 9,000 pediatric patients in McCracken, Ballard, Carlisle, Graves, Marshall and Livingston Counties combined, according to Norton Children’s Hospital. While Norton Children’s offers comprehensive care in Paducah, Kristen Riley, a pediatric neurology nurse practitioner with Norton Children’s in Paducah, said there are instances where families need sub-specialists who are located in Louisville.
