MCCRACKEN COUNTY — The McCracken County Board of Education set new tax rates for the district’s general fund during its meeting Thursday.
The rate for the previous year was 52.5 cents per $100 on real estate and 52.8 cents per $100 on tangible property. The new rate, approved 3-2 by the board, is 51.8 cents for real estate and 52.9 for tangible property.
