BENTON, Ky. — The Marshall County High School Athletic Foundation hosted its Class of 2025 Hall of Fame induction ceremony Thursday night, honoring athletes, coaches and contributors who left a mark on the school’s athletic history.
Athletic Director Mike Johnson opened the evening by introducing Jeff Waters, known as “the voice of Marshall County.†Waters thanked the athletic foundation and athletic secretary Vicki English before introducing guest speaker Rechelle Caldwell Turner, a 2016 Hall of Fame inductee and current head coach of the Murray State women’s basketball team. Turner spoke about her history with Marshall County athletics and how it shaped her path to coaching college basketball.
