The Kentucky Court of Appeals on Friday rejected a lawsuit against the McCracken County Board of Education challenging the high school consolidation.
The court ruled to vacate a previous decision in McCracken Circuit Court. Friday’s ruling ordered that a lawsuit Edwin Riley filed be remanded back to the McCracken court with directions to dismiss the case.
