After defeating Murray 4-1 in the First Region All “A†Classic softball championship, the Hickman County Lady Falcons will return to the state tournament stage for the third time in five years.
While the Hickman County Lady Falcons roster is filled with mostly seventh and eighth graders, the program as a whole is no stranger to the All “A†softball state tournament.
The Lady Falcons earned their shot at the small school state title after defeating the Murray Lady Tigers 4-1 in the First Region All “A†championship game on April 15. This will be Hickman County’s third journey in the state tournament in the past five years.
