An adult deer tick sits on a leaf.

I hate ticks. They bite. It is claimed that we can’t feel them bite. I disagree and hate both adults and the larva commonly called deer or seed ticks equally.

If it is not the bite, it is an instant pin prick sting. That is followed by itch, hurt and frustration because where they bite usually can’t be reached to scratch.
