PADNWS-02-24-24 LICENSES.jpg

One of the first needs for 2024-25 licenses with the new year beginning March 1 will be fishing licenses for late winter-early spring crappie anglers.

Kentucky’s 2023-24 hunting and fishing license year and, accordingly, the licenses and permits required for those sporting pursuits, expire Thursday with the passing of February.

What participants in these quests must read into this is that as of Friday and thereafter, new 2024-25 licenses will be necessary for any of these activities.
