The Commonwealth of Kentucky and the defense team of Quincy Cross — the man convicted of the 2000 murder of 18-year-old Jessica Currin — have both filed post-hearing briefs following the 2025 evidentiary hearing for a new trial for Cross.

More than 25 years after Jessica Currin's death, the man convicted in her murder returns to Graves County Circuit Court at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 18 for the third and final day of an evidentiary hearing.
