A Paducah man who was arrested in California in January was extradited to Kentucky and booked into the Marshall County Detention Center “as a safety precaution†on Wednesday, McCracken County Jailer Stephen Carter confirmed Thursday morning.
Port Authority Police and Border Patrol arrested a former Paducah Police Officer and volunteer McCracken County wrestling coach, Ryan Conn, in San Diego on January 23.
