PADUCAH — The National Weather Service is hosting a press conference on March 4 at 10:30 a.m. to kick off the 2024 severe weather awareness campaigns for Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, and Missouri.

According to a news release from NWS, the conference will focus on severe weather preparedness and its importance, in order to raise awareness of the threat severe weather events have on us.
