MCCRACKEN COUNTY — The McCracken County Schools Board of Education proposed to keep its property tax rates the same as the previous fiscal year at a meeting Thursday.
The proposed rate remains at 51.8 cents per $100 of “real property†and 52.9 cents per $100 of “tangible property.†Board member Tyler Parker made the motion for the rate, saying it would “keep the tax rate flat.â€
