MASSAC COUNTY, Ill. — The superintendent of Massac Unit School District #1 shared insight into what he referred to as a “choreâ€: Title IX investigations. In an interview with , Jason Hayes referenced a piece by WPSD Local 6 and The Sun breaking down the district’s 2024 investigation involving former Athletic Director Patrick Clark.
WPSD and The Sun filed an open records request in early April and Hayes does not directly identify Clark in his May 14 interview; however, he does refer to “the WPSD story.â€
