CARBONDALE, Ill. — Councilmember Clare Killman has announced she will not seek re-election in 2027, opening up a seat on the Carbondale council.
In a post to her personal social media on Sunday evening, Killman said she would not run for a second term. Her seat is up in the April 2027 municipal election, as are those of Adam Loos and Nancy Maxwell.
