Gov. Andy Beshear

Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear declared a state of emergency as severe weather moved across the state ¶¶ÒõÖ±²¥Èí¼þ night and Tuesday.

As of Tuesday evening, storms had produced heavy rain, hail, lightning, an EF-1 tornado in Nelson County and another in Anderson County, and intense damaging winds across the state.
