The Paducah Police Department held its “Coffee with a Cop†event Wednesday at Pipers Tea and Coffee, aiming to offer the community a chance to address local issues in a low-stress environment.
Blake Quinn, the department’s community engagement officer, described what the event means for the local area and the impacts he believes the program has on Paducah. A community member — Zack Smith — also spoke Wednesday and shared similar sentiments about the event’s importance.
