William Tabor, a man Cocina Penn was said to be having an affair with at the time she allegedly killed her husband, takes the stand in this Dec. 13 photo. Tabor testified that Penn asked if he knew someone who would be able to kill her husband, and he told her no.

The murder trial of Cocina Penn continued into its second day of arguments Wednesday, and the prosecution rested its case.

Cocina Penn is accused of killing her husband, Robert Penn, in October of last year.
