CRITTENDEN COUNTY — Deputy Rick Coyle, while attempting to serve emergency guardianship paperwork at a residence in Sturgis, Kentucky, on April 2, died of his injuries on April 30.
“[Coyle] was a beloved member of the sheriff’s office,†a statement from the Crittenden County Sheriff’s Office read. “We are deeply grateful for all of the support we have received from the public and surrounding communities during this difficult time.â€
