CALDWELL COUNTY, Ky. — Just before midnight on June 25, the Caldwell County Animal Shelter posted a video to Facebook alleging that an individual had dumped three kittens and their mother outside of the shelter.
, Animal Control Officer Kevin Lane went into further detail regarding the video: "I know it’s frustrating to some that we do not accept cats. We can’t accept all the dogs that we get calls on. The fact is we do not have a facility designed for cats. We are a 18 capacity dog shelter and right now we have right at 30."
