Dr. Griffin Bicking, a vascular surgeon with Baptist Health Medical Group, recently completed his 300th transcarotid artery revascularization procedure, the hospital announced Wednesday.
The hospital described the TCAR procedure as a minimally invasive treatment for carotid artery disease that helps prevent strokes and offers a less invasive surgery with quicker recovery times for patients.
