After 15 years without an execution in Kentucky, and Attorney General Russell Coleman recently filed a motion in Franklin County Circuit Court that aims to change that.
Coleman announced Friday that he filed the motion to end a nearly 15-year ruling that has blocked the state from carrying out death sentences.
