The superintendent of Pinckneyville Community Consolidated School District 204 has been placed on administrative leave as the school board investigates allegations, according to a statement released by the district on Tuesday.
A former school district superintendent who is now a grants director for West Kentucky Educational Cooperative was recognized as a Community Health Champion for her role helping to improve health outcomes in the region.
Parents Chris and Lindsey May addressed the Lyon County School Board on ¶¶ÒõÖ±²¥Èí¼þ regarding an incident at Lyon County High School in November 2024, when a teacher's aide allegedly tightened a disabled, nonverbal student's belt so tight that it left marks and bruises on the student, who is the Mays' son.
