Addressing racial disparities in the specialty court system was the focus of a Racial Equity Forum held Thursday at Four Rivers Behavioral Health in Paducah.
Drug courts consistently see lower numbers of Black applicants, and the McCracken County Drug Court, which recently attained certification, aims to increase that number by better addressing applicants’ needs.
